Mr. Md Salim Ullah Bhuiyan was born in 1981 Village Mokamia, 8 no Radha Nagar Union, of Chhagal naiya Upzila under Feni District , Country Bangladesh in a Muslim Family. His Father Late Emdadul Hoque Bhuiyan and Mother Late Nozzumen Nesa.

Mr. Md Salim Ullah Bhuiyan received his primary education from his native village Primary School. He passed Secondary ( Dakhil ) in the year of 1995 and Higher Secondary ( Alim ) in the year of 1997 from Modhugram Zinar hat Fazil Madrasha with distinction. And he passed Fazil (Bachelor Degree) from Feni Alia Madrasha in 1999 and he passed Kamil
( Master's ) from Dhaka Alia Madrasha in the year of 2001.
